Tushar Shahane – Director
Mr. Shahane serves as Chief Executive Officer for Lauren CCL Engineers Private Limited. He is a 15 year veteran of the Engineering and Construction industry and has helped to successfully manage a variety of Design-Build projects, including Martin Solar One - a 75MW Concentrated Solar Power plant in Indiantown, FL. Shahane graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management, and received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Walchand College of Engineering in India.
Clint Rosenbaum – Director
Mr. Rosenbaum serves as director of Lauren CCL Engineers Private Limited. He has over 27 years of project management and civil/structural design experience in the power generation, defense, petroleum refining and industrial process industries. He previously was Partner and Manager of the Civil, Structural and Architectural Group of Tippett & Gee. Mr. Rosenbaum earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981 and is a Professional Engineer.
Tom Modisett - Director
Mr. Modisett serves as a Director of Lauren CCL Engineers Private Limited. He has over 35 years of financial management experience with concentrations in the energy, communications and construction industries. He previously was the Chief Financial Officer of Titan Towers, LLC and Pittencrieff Communications, Inc. Mr. Modisett earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Sameer Shah - Director
Mr Shah serves as a Director of Lauren CCL Engineers Private Limited.
Mr. Shah has over fifteen years of experience in American and Indian industry and is a director on the boards of Henkel Chembond Surface Technologies Ltd. and Chembond Chemicals Ltd. (listed on the BSE). He is a chemical engineer with a BBA in Finance from Southwest Texas State University.
Yeshwant Rao - Director
Mr. Rao serves as a Director of Lauren CCL Engineers Private Limited.
Mr. Rao has more than ten years of industrial experience in the fields of consulting, marketing, and international trade. In his capacities in earlier companies he has successfully launched and introduced products from overseas companies in the competitive Indian market. Mr. Rao is a chemical engineer with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Bombay.
